The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has launched the integrated edition of the "ISKAN Abu Dhabi" mobile application, which serves as a platform for accessing all ADHA services, allowing Emiratis to access all housing services and benefits.

Abu Dhabi citizens get a wide range of housing services under the "ISKAN Abu Dhabi" app including housing loans, housing grants, exchange locations of land and houses, and residential land purchases. The smart app helps process not only new requests for services but also track existing requests.

Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, explained that this application aligns with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority's vision to "cultivate a sustainable housing ecosystem" and "introduce pioneering housing solutions within cohesive communities," WAM reported.

"To achieve this, we have developed an integrated digital platform, ensuring seamless access to all housing-related services for the citizens. By adopting cutting-edge digital innovations and refining our operational methods, our focus is on delivering an advanced digital user experience marked by simplicity and efficiency," he added.

The ADHA is updating its smart application to make it easier to get housing services. Al Muhairi noted that the housing authority wants to use technology to make everything digital and simpler for people, matching ADHA's plan to make customer experiences better.

He stressed that the goal is to make people happier with housing services in Abu Dhabi.

The "ISKAN Abu Dhabi" app lets users make housing profiles, check the progress of their requests, and see if they qualify for ADHA services automatically. It also gives them info on what else they need to do to finish the housing application and get the housing benefit.

The app provides additional services such as loan exemption, suspension of loan installment deductions, cancellation of approved loans, loan type modification, loan value reduction, ownership transfer, addition or removal of applicants, inclusion/exclusion of guarantors, issuance and download of housing service status certificate as well as request for early loan payment services.

The app also has a feature where users can find out about current and future housing projects. This helps people choose the housing benefits that fit them best.

The ISKAN Abu Dhabi app has had a significant impact on citizens, leading it to win the "UAE Innovates 2024" Award in the special category for "Most Impactful Social Innovation" this year.
