By 2030, the trade between the two countries is expected to reach $250 billion. The UAE is the seventh biggest investor in India due to its investments reaching around $18 billion last year.

The event witnessed both countries discussing ways to enhance their collaboration, aside from increasing the exchange of information regarding investment opportunities. The SCCI's trade mission also had a meeting with "Guidance Tamil Nadu," the investment promotion agency of the Government of Tamil Nadu in India.
