The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has partnered with global investment platform Eureeca to provide increased accessibility to ADX IPOs, meeting the growing demand from both regional and global retail investors, as well as high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), in a fully compliant manner.

Eureeca is a platform that matches individual and institutional investors with growth and pre-IPO companies, and its partnership with ADX leverages a user-friendly e-IPO investor portal, showcasing its dedication to simplifying the IPO process.

Abdulla Salem Al Nuaimi, Chief Executive Officer of ADX, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting that it shows commitment to innovation and inclusivity in the financial sector.

"By leveraging Eureeca's advanced technological capabilities, we believe this new initiative, will significantly transform IPO accessibility and provide a simpler investment journey for a diverse range of investors who are looking to be part of ADX's growth," he said, WAM reported.

Eureeca CEO and Co-founder Sam Quawasmi said, "We are proud to be collaborating with ADX as the first exchange to launch this revolutionary product, which showcases ADX's pioneering mindset and technological advancement."

"Being the first collaboration of its kind to enable international investors to subscribe to an IPO frictionlessly, whilst having the ability to sell at any given moment post the IPO's listing on the exchange via the Eureeca platform, is truly a game-changer," he added.

The initiative highlights Eureeca's goal of creating the world's first global, democratized digital investment bank.

Quawasmi said that they look forward to "enhancing the offering on a multiple country basis for investors to build a well-diversified multi-asset class, multi-jurisdictional investment portfolio using our platform."

ADX's market value surged by 17% last year, reaching a total of AED 3 trillion (US $817 billion), marking its position as the UAE's largest capital market and the second largest in the Middle East. Moreover, the number of investors increased by 59% year-on-year.

Additionally, foreign ownership in ADX-listed firms rose by 35% during the same period, highlighting the appeal of ADX-listed companies and the broader Abu Dhabi economy.

On the other hand, Eureeca's transformation into a globally regulated digital investment platform has drawn investors from 72 countries, connecting various companies and individuals.
