Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched the "Dubai Integrated Housing Center" on Tuesday to provide 54 residential services under one roof to streamline the home-building services for its citizens.

The establishment, which was launched under the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, is part of the social welfare program Dubai Social Agenda 33 highlighting the theme of "Family: The Foundation of Our Nation."

"Designed to offer UAE citizens a streamlined and hassle-free home-building experience, the Center will offer 54 services, bringing together resources from four government entities and two private sector partners, all under one roof," Crown Prince of Dubai said as per WAM.

The Housing Center aims to transform the "challenging" home-building process for the citizens by providing top-tier solutions and services such as financial and legal expertise for housing and construction of new houses in Dubai.

"...We will continue to launch new projects in the next phase, reflecting our commitment to fostering stable families and ensuring the highest quality of life for them," Rashid Al Maktoum said.

The launch comes just two weeks after the prime minister of the United Arab Emirates launched the AED 208 billion Dubai Social Agenda 33 program, which aims to double the number of Emirati families in the next 10 years.

The Dubai Social Agenda 33 focuses on Emirati families in Dubai and aims to improve all aspects of their lives, in terms of housing, quality of life, identity and values, social cohesion and healthcare, as well as equipping the new generation with future skills.

This program also seeks to position Dubai as one of the world's top 10 cities in terms of healthy life expectancy and educational quality.

During the launch of Housing Center, Sheikh Hamdan was welcomed by Mattar Al Tayer, Dubai's Commissioner General for the Infrastructure, Urban Planning, and Wellbeing Pillar and Chairman of the Supreme Committee of Urban Planning in Dubai.

The occasion was also graced by Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department, and Omar Hamad Abdullah Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.

The Dubai Integrated Housing Center, located at Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba, is scheduled to commence operations in February.
