A massive fire broke out in a residential building located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates on Monday night. Emergency units from Civil Defence and Ajman Police immediately arrived at the location and controlled the fire.

As per multiple reports, a fire broke out in Tower 02 within the Ajman One complex in Al Rashdiyah 3 district. A senior official from Ajman Civil Defence told the media that the residential building was evacuated and the Civil Defence team got control of the fire promptly. Hence, there are no casualties.

The official Twitter handle of Ajman Police shared a video in the early hours of Tuesday alongside two photos and wrote, "Civil defense teams managed to put out a fire that broke out in a residential tower in Ajman."

In the comments section, Twitter users praised the Ajman police team for taking quick action to save the tower.

A media outlet, Gulf News reported that after they arrived at the location, the residents were sitting on the pavement and waiting for officials to instruct them further. Meanwhile, nearby locals came forward to distribute water bottles to these residents.

After controlling the fire, Ajman Police shared another post where in the photos, the burnt side of the building can be seen.

The operation was successful under the supervision of Major General Dr. Jasim Mohammed Al-Marzouqi, the Commander-in-Chief of Civil Defense, and Major Abdullah Saif Al-Matroushi, the Director General of Police Operations in Ajman Police.
